These are the pictures of my final timed assessment creating Sophie's design on her. I was really pleased with the outcome of what I did on the day as I didn't expect it to be this neat. I overall appearance of her design looked neat and the loops at the back were pretty much even too. The pony tail was also sitting right on top of the buns, just as Sophie wanted as this would give the pony tail an elongated look. The gold hair extensions that I put in were also equal on both sides as this gave the two braids an almost equal thickness. Sophie actually wanted the ribbon as a bow tie that covered the rubber band on the pony tail and she wanted the ribbon at the front. However the ribbon did not form a bow and it didn't compliment the look very well. I then improvised and tied it at the back so that it still covered the rubber band on the pony tail and also went with the look. I cut the ribbon short and this made it loose the curls at the end, I then took a pair of scissors ans curled the ends and left them dangling at the back. I didn't want them to be so long as they would take the attention away from the looped braids at the back. I then stuck the bead at the front using the duo lash glue making sure it was in the middle of the head. Looking at the overall look I was quite pleased with myself and what I did as I overcame the challenges I had during the practice sessions. Sophie was also pleased with the final look and that made me even more happier.
